7/10/06: Yeah I'm still wicked lazy and on dial up so its taking forever for me to upload everything. For now just look at whats here, if a link goes to a page with nothing there its probably because I haven't gotten to that location yet. In other news Kalizero is now a member of the group. She was already a friend of the group and she is a great person to hang out with. Well thats all I got for now. 5/25/06: After a while of no activity we are back, sorry for being down for so long, we did some server work and I had to upload everything again. Some news for everyone, Verizoff from We-Explore is now one of the LCE crew, so check out Tom LCE on the members page. There was a small fire in the basement of the Nurses Home at Metropolitan State Hospital, i have heard that damage wasn't to bad so thats good. Thanks for checking back with us, we hope you enjoy. 4/1/06: A few new updates to mention, the older pictures I was given of Boston State Hospital now have a page of their own. Thank you to a good friend for taking these pictures while the opportunity was still there. Other news updates is the Taunton State Hospital fire recently. Against what most people believe the whole Kirkbride did not burn down, although the center section was completely lost. 2/22/06: Well this update comes a few months later than I had planned. There are a few news updates with the LCE Crew and a few updates to the site. First off, in my typical fashion I ended up hurting myself pretty good a few weeks back and haven't been out exploring very much. Which in turn is good for the site since now I will most likely have some down time to do work. On the site updates list we are in the process of writing up history pages for locations that are being torn down, also there are a few new galleries up: Miller Crushed Stone, and Hillside State Hospital are among the new additions. Check back soon and see if there is anything new. 12/30/05: With the help of Verizoff we now have our own domain and hosting service. As of today almost all the files are now on the new server. The pictures pages, which i always have a problem with since i only have minor knowlage into how html works is the one section that still has work to be done. I have left the preview galleries up and will work down the list adding the full galleries. Thank you to any one that visits the site and comments are welcome, our email and AIM addresses are in the Members section. 12/14/05: It's been almost a month since I actually spoke of anything on here but over that month I have been busy working on getting more places added to the photos section. So far I added: Candycorn State Hospital, Fort Rodman, Hudson Training Annex, Miller Crushed Stone(active site), Capeway Asphalt(active site), Eddy Church, The Riverwalk, R. P. Amusements, Severed Waves, and Scattered State Hospital. Some more good news is that soon we will have a better host and new domain name ( thanx to Verizoff of We-Explore.net ). Im also going to be working on getting full galleries for all locations during the X-mas school break. Thank you anyone who has given suggestions and everyone who has given us comments on our stuff, we really appreciate it. 11/21/05: Well with 2 current explorations of a newly discovered location I added it to the photos page. The names of these places are Pondside Industries and Pondside Station. I also added Pondside Edison and Pinnicle Falls which are locations that me and Creeden have been hanging out at for years now. Soon to be added will be some more of the mental/public health hospitals that we have gone to, as well as Riverwalk - another local location that we have been going to for awhile. I also think that there will be many new trips stories coming soon, but I need to redesign those files before I add anymore. 11/17/05: Hey again, it's been a little bit since i did anything here. There is some news though, we have all gone on a bunch of trips since the last update, including the Deggi5 hosted MetrOpex. I still have a lot of work to do and between school and what not i havent had to much time to work on the site, keep watching for updates though. |
